Login Issues
Sorry, we can not log you in if you are not a member.
This could be for several reasons. Either;
- You are not registered with REPs as a Personal Trainers (or is has expired)
- You're registered with REPs, but you have not elected to be a PT Council member.
- You're registered with REPs as a Personal Trainer, however you have not yet retrieved a REPs online password. You can retrieve this password here as long as REPs have your email address on record.
- You are using the wrong email address, or the wrong password
Still not sure what's wrong?
If you think your log in should work, and want to know why it doesn't, please look at the URL (the bit starting http://www.ptcouncil...) and see the last two letters. These letters are a code, with the following key:
E1 - Email address doesn't exist in database
E2 - Email address exists, but password was wrong
E3 - Your log in is valid, but your registration with REPs has expired
E4 - You are not a personal trainer (so not a member of the PT council).
