www.activesmart.co.nz - This site allows clients to create their own training programmes (walk, run, cycle) and within the next 6-8 months it will be completely upgraded and also include biathlon, duathlon, triathlon programme guides (with resistance training options). The benefit that this provides a personal trainer is that sound individual programming is created and with direct input from the client, i.e. they have a say right from the onset and the PT can ensure focus on individual client needs and further individualise plans that are created.
